All personnel placed within the quotas will be supported with grants (individual support + travel support). If the total success score is equal, the staff with more years of service at Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo Fashion Department will be prioritized.

Assessment Criteria & Points

  1. Base Point: +30
  2. Foreign Language Examination Score: Foreign language score (20% added to base score). Does not prevent the application for Staff Mobility for Training, but those who do not have a foreign language score cannot get points from this criteria.
  3. Participating in the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Program: +10 (first-time participant) / -5 per term (for each previous participation with grant).
  4. Status of the host institution or the country: +5 (added to base score) for candidates going to a country or university where Staff Mobility has not been carried out before.
  5. Contribution to the execution of the Erasmus+ Program: +5 (Erasmus+ Departmental Coordinator / Assistant Departmental Coordinator); +5 (took part in writing the KA171 project); +2.5 per bilateral agreement mediated; +2.5 per incoming student. Each KA171 project, bilateral agreement and incoming student is evaluated only once.
  6. Status of the staff: +10 (Administrative Staff).
  7. For staff with special circumstances: +5 (documented disabled staff).
  8. Status of taking part in an Erasmus project other than KA171: +10 for candidates who have worked or are still working as a coordinator in an Erasmus+ project other than KA171 in the last three years, including the academic year in which the application was made. Each international research project is evaluated only once.
  9. Status of the staff who renounces his/her right to be part of the Exchange program: -20 (if the candidate renounces the right after the deadline without giving any reason).
  1. GRANT SUPPORT

140 Euro x day + Travel support (820 euro)

The amount of travel expenses to be paid to the staff benefiting from the staff mobility activity should be calculated using the “Distance Calculator.”

The distance calculator can be accessed from the link below: http://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/tools/distance_en.htm

A distance calculator should be used to calculate the distance between the two points from the place of residence of the staff member to the place of activity. The travel grant should be calculated using the table below. The grant equivalent of the mileage calculated in the distance calculator in the table below is the round-trip figure and this amount is not multiplied by two. If the staff member travels with a stopover, it does not affect the distance reached by the above-mentioned distance calculation.
